One fax per submission. Maximum three attempts per calendar month for any matching first name, last name or date of birth, plus a separate maximum of five attempts per phone number per month. A shared name or birthday can reach the limit across different patients. Browser and connection limits of two attempts per 24 hours also apply. Documents pass through our Azure processing service to HumbleFax for transmission to the office. Azure processes uploads temporarily in memory; protected receipt and abuse-prevention records are retained separately. Delivery is confirmed only after HumbleFax reports successful transmission. Verify patient details and documents before sending. Avoid public devices. Privacy information.
